Jared Routh graduated from Purdue University with a focus in construction management, specializing in healthcare construction. His career path shifted towards serving rural members of electric cooperatives, following completion of his master's degree from Indiana University Southeast.
Jared gained extensive experience across member services, operations, and engineering departments, ultimately transitioning into the financial sector of cooperatives. With over 18 years in the utility industry, Jared is dedicated to supporting rural America through his role.

Josh Gorman started with High West in 2022 and has over 10 years of experience with electric cooperatives. He is passionate about serving rural America and looking for opportunities to better serve our membership by finding ways to lower costs and increase efficiency.
Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and children, especially in the great outdoors. His ultimate goal is to honor his faith and prioritize family.

Dave Crouse is an Information Technology (IT) professional with more than 25 years' experience in the utility industry. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for High West Energy (HWE) and leads an experienced and talented team dedicated to meeting all of HWE’s IT needs. Dave holds a bachelor's degree from Peru State College and has expertise in computer hardware administration as well as personnel management. Outside of work, Dave serves on the Pine Bluffs Town Council, and actively volunteers with multiple non-profit organizations. He likes spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors.

David Golden has over 37 years of experience in the Electric Utility industry, with a diverse background in both public and private sectors. His career includes roles such as Maintenance Engineer in nuclear power, Supervisor Electrical Maintenance, System Engineer, Substation Engineer, Distribution Engineer, Manager Distribution Engineering, Transmission Project Engineer, Contracts Engineer, and Field Maintenance Manager.
Currently, David serves as Engineering Manager at High West Energy. His extensive experience highlights his expertise in solving complex problems and navigating the evolving landscape of increasing energy consumption in the utility industry.

Konnie Keehnen was born and raised in Des Plaines, Illinois, before moving to Denver, Colorado, at the age of 16 with her parents. Her career in the cooperative world began in Granby, Colorado, where she realized her passion for working in electric cooperatives. A significant moment in her career was witnessing the infamous 2004 bulldozer attack while working at Mountain Parks Electric, where she experienced an active shooter situation firsthand.
Currently, Konnie is the Member Services Manager at High West Energy, a role she has held since starting as the Billing Supervisor. After 30 years in the industry, she still considers her job the best.
Konnie and her husband, Kevin, share four daughters and have eleven grandchildren. In warm weather, they love riding their Harley Davidson together.

Carol Macy began her career at High West Energy in 1988. Throughout her tenure, she worked in various roles and now serves as the Employee Services Manager, which has been her most fulfilling and favorite position. Working with the employees is a joy. She feels very blessed to have had the opportunity to work for a cooperative all these years and loves the electric industry.
Carol grew up on a farm west of Pine Bluffs. She and her husband, Bert, have two children and five grandchildren, and they love spending time with them whenever possible.
In her spare time, she enjoys many crafts, which include competitive sewing, teaching, and judging. You can also find her spending many hours in the yard and garden, which has always been a passion. Carol is active in the community and recently became a board member of the Texas Trail Market, which is also a cooperative. Her ultimate goal is to honor her faith and prioritize family.

Nate Begger was named Operations Manager in April of 2023. Nate joined the High West team in February of 2015 as the crew foreman in Cheyenne, WY. He started his career as a lineman for Wheatbelt PPD in Dalton, NE in 2005 until 2015. Nate is a graduate of MTI in Mitchell, SD where he obtained an associate's degree in Powerline construction and maintenance in the spring of 2005. Nate has been part of the Cody Hotline School as a lead instructor in rubber gloving for a number of years.
He's currently tasked with various duties around the office such as managing the workflow processes through NISC and maintaining a reliable grid with his team of linemen. Nate was raised in Wibaux, MT on a large farm and ranch. He currently lives outside of Cheyenne, WY with his girlfriend and 5 kids. He enjoys coaching football, playing cards, ranching, rodeos and being outdoors with friends and family.
