REQUIREMENTS:
- Includes pole mounted LED lighting fixtures only
- Includes new construction and retrofit applications
- Design Lights Consortium or ENERGY STAR® certification required for all fixtures
- Product specification sheets including DLC or ENERGY STAR® verification must be included with application
- One project, per member-owner account per year
- Paid receipt must be provided with application including; product model numbers, quantities and cost
INCENTIVE OVERVIEW:
- Pole mounted lighting rebates are lesser of prescribed amount, or 25% of fixture cost
- Project cap of $20,000
Complete the rebate request form within 90 days of purchase.
