By matching motor output to the work being performed, variable speed drives can improve efficiency, lower energy costs, and optimize the performance of pumps, fans, compressors, and other commercial or agricultural equipment. REQUIREMENTS:
- Electric motor sizes 25hp and larger
- Applies to irrigation, farm, commercial and industrial uses
- New and retrofit installations only, no maintenance replacements
INCENTIVE OVERVIEW:
- Based on electric motor horsepower
- Sliding scale from $1,600 to $6,800
- Rebate not to exceed 50% of the VSD equipment cost
- Per project cap of $20,000
Complete the rebate request form within 90 days of purchase.
