It is important to understand all of the safety aspects when dealing with electricity.

-Scams will try to demand you to pay for your power bill on the spot,

-Electric companies will not go that approach about it.

-Be sure to contact your electric company if this happens.

Be aware of the pads!!

-They aren't something to play with.

-They hold tons of voltage and could hurt you.

-If you find the door open or someone tampering be sure to contact the company to take care of it.

-call 811 and Make sure others stay away

-Wait for the electric utility to tell you it's safe to leave

IF THE CAR IS ON FIRE:

-Don't touch any part of the car and but both feet together and hop out of the car.

IF FOUND:

-Call 811 and stay away from the accident.

-It will mess with others power bills and control power.

-It can end with severe injuries that will lead to death.

-Be considerate of utility trucks when on the side of the road.

-The workers didn't park there for fun; they parked there for a job to be done.

-Be aware of your surroundings and drive safely.

-When a power line is down there is active electricity happening

-Stay in your vehicle

-Call 811

-Make sure to warn others

Before digging:

-Call 811 and tell them where you plan to dig and how deep

-Ask to schedule a day, when a locator can estimate where the underground lines are located at.
